Collective Teacher Self-Efficacy and Burnout: The Mediator Role of Job Satisfaction

This study examined the predictive relationships between collective teacher efficacy, job satisfaction, and burnout. In addition, mediating role of satisfaction in relationship efficacy burnout was tested. Three hundred fifty teachers participated research which correlational design used. Collective Teacher Efficacy Scale, Short Form Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire, Maslach Burnout Inventory were used as data collection tools. Pearson Correlation Coefficients calculated to examine Structural equation model analysis applied test The results indicated that predicts positively negatively. have a large effect on Evidence has been obtained teachers' can increase and, accordingly, be prevented when is achieved.
